Run the FrameLink host on the Mac or Windows machine that already shows your monitor feed. It captures that screen or window — multiple cameras if you add them — and broadcasts to every tablet on the same Wi-Fi.
The director freezes a frame and draws on it with the pen — strokes only, in the color you assigned at approval. Annotators on the same stream draw alongside. Press and hold Clear All for 1.5 seconds to wipe the frame so nobody loses notes by accident.
Each iPad and Android client picks which camera to watch, pinches or double-taps to zoom in on a detail, and can keep a PDF — sides, lookbook, storyboards — open side-by-side without leaving the live view.
