Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using FrameLink ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

FrameLink grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software for your internal production purposes during an active subscription period. You may not resell, sublicence, or redistribute the Software.

FrameLink is billed on a monthly or weekly basis per host machine. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically until cancelled. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact hello@framelinkhd.com within 7 days of a charge.

You may not use FrameLink to:

• Distribute, stream, or re-broadcast content you do not have rights to.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Software.
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

FrameLink operates entirely on your local network. No video footage, annotations, or session data is transmitted to our servers. The only data we collect is account information (email, subscription status) necessary to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
